RepoOcto exists because engineering leaders need a clearer way to understand how codebase knowledge is distributed across their teams.

We're a small team of engineers who got tired of onboarding through stale documentation and guessing who understood a critical service. We wanted a tool that could build understanding from the real codebase and make that knowledge visible at the team level.

RepoOcto uses AI to generate contextual quizzes about the code your developers actually work on. Spaced repetition and lightweight XP keep the learning loop engaging, while the manager dashboard turns quiz activity into knowledge coverage, onboarding progress, and module-risk signals.

Individual accounts remain part of the product because every teammate needs a personal learning experience. RepoOcto is sold to engineering teams around the shared outcomes: faster ramp-up, stronger knowledge distribution, and fewer invisible single points of failure.
